Every service is available in person in Livonia or online. Each service's page says what a session costs and how long it runs. The first call is free.
EMDR therapy
Weekly sessions that help your brain finish processing trauma, anxiety, and the beliefs those experiences left behind. For people who have done the talking and still feel the past in their body.
60 minutes
Children and teens
Play therapy, somatic work, and Animal Assisted Intervention for young clients starting at age 6. For children and teens from age 6, with a parent or guardian involved.

Animal-assisted therapy
Sessions with Ada, my therapy dog, for children, teens and adults who settle faster with a dog in the room. For anyone whose body braces before a first session even starts.

Christian-centered therapy
Trauma-focused counseling that makes room for your faith, with prayer and Scripture welcome and never assumed. For people who want their faith in the room.

Group counseling
Small, facilitated groups for adults working through anxiety, trauma and life transitions, and social skills groups for kids, pre-teens and teens. For adults, and for kids, pre-teens and teens working on social skills.
90 minutes
Insurance and payment
Weekly sessions can be billed through insurance. Medicare is coming soon.
